Agency Full Width Image

Agency life has always been a little bit more interesting, a little bit more relaxed and dare I say even a little bit more exciting than your typical office job. So, what makes working at Pixelbuilders interesting and exciting?

Frame 233

You can work from home most of the time

We’ve embraced hybrid working in the form of a 2 to 3 day split each week – two days in the office (that’s at Tower Court in Leeds by the way) and three days working from home. You can choose which days you work from where: home or the office. It’s relaxed, it’s your choice and it can change week to week because we know sometimes, s**t happens.

You can also start anytime between 8:00am and 9:30am, because not everyone is a massive morning person!

If you like an hour-long lunch – great, chill out, if you’d rather finish half an hour early, just take a half hour lunch. It’s all about what works for you on the day.

You can work more closely, with more clients, across more places

And with this hybrid working evolution came the introduction of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Office365, so we’re able to be in more meetings than ever before, working more closely with our clients without spending hours on public transport or commuting in the car…

We’re able to work with clients further afield (shout out to AG Barr up there in Scotland and PACT down in London to name but a few) and we can do this in a way that still feels collaborative, personal, and fun…

You can meet more new people and try more new things

As a team, we’re having more and more interesting experiences, meeting new people, trying new things, and working in a much more interactive and exciting way.

I’m talking about maxing out creative and collaborative tools like Figma, FigJam and Miro and getting out there in the world more and seeing new places… the whole thing, is a positive and enriching experience that really does deliver on that all important work life balance too.
