Could you be our next Social Media Manager?
The ideal person for this role will be excited about social media and have a keen eye for engaging content. You’ll know all the latest social media trends, but you’ll be analytical too.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing organic and paid social media campaigns and BAU social content for multiple different clients across their respective social media channels, which includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
You will collaborate closely with our internal design team and the Head of Strategy and Performance to create and manage engaging social media content that drives brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy and Performance to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and collaborate with the design team to brief and create static and video content, for both BAU and campaign purposes across multiple social media platforms
- Adapt existing content and create templates with the support of the design team, tailored to each social media platform
- Use your knowledge of social media trends, products and updates to create timely and effective reactive content and to identify opportunities for new channels, activities and campaigns
- Engage with followers and influencer accounts to build audience engagement
- Monitor continuously and optimise the performance of social media activity against key metrics relevant to each client and their objectives
- Review competitors and their social media activity to identify strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities
- Report regularly on the effectiveness of social media activity to inform future campaigns and content and report on KPIs with actionable insights and learnings for the wider team.
Your skills and qualifications
- You’ll have proven experience, ideally a minimum of two years, managing a mix of social media channels for multiple, different businesses
- You’ll have a creative mindset, and be able to work with designers to create inspiring content as well as a capacity to solve problems
- You’ll have amazing written and verbal communication skills, empowering you to use different tones of voice effectively across multiple channels, as well as proofreading skills
- You’ll have an established understanding of the various social media channels, their individual best practices, audiences, visual content requirements and trends
- You’ll have a data driven mindset, always looking to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and use data to inform key decisions
- You’ll be confident managing client budgets and cost per lead targets as part of paid social media campaigns and understand the importance of delivering the right return on investment
- You’ll be able to work independently as well as part of a multi-talented team and have a genuine desire to grow and shape your career in social media
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience filming and producing content for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Basic knowledge of SEO and how this relates to social media
- Experience using SEMRush for social media research, reporting & scheduling
- Confidence communicating social media plans and performance to clients
- Previous agency experience managing multiple clients at the same time
- Knowledge and experience using A/B testing to maximise performance
