At this step in the journey, it’s time to start thinking about digital strategies. Making decisions about what to do and how to do it. Refining the details, that’ll help make that potentially amazing starting point, start to take shape.
It involves things like persona profiling, customer empathy mapping, tone of voice workshops, wireframing, content planning, resource gathering and anything else we need, to start adding in the detail.

At this stage, we’ll take everything we’ve learned so far, and interpret and reimagine this into an amazing user experience. It’s about building efficient component libraries, designing immersive experiences, designing effortless interfaces, creating functional prototypes, developing eye-catching branding, creating tactile interactions, and drafting engaging animations.
So the result not only looks great, but stands out and works successfully.

Once we have the right designs agreed, it’s time to start coding. This is where all those what ifs, ideas, and maybes, start turning into realities.
Whether we’re building on Umbraco, Kentico or coding something more bespoke, we always work in an agile way. This means we can easily adapt as and when we need to, because we know that requirements can and probably will change during the lifespan of your project.
