What was the brief?
Clear Voice needed a brand-new website that could grow and adapt alongside their business. Their current website’s rigidity was fast becoming a limiting factor for their digital team and as a result, it wasn’t keeping pace with the structure and content changes the team needed. On top of that, user experience was suffering, and performance analytics were almost non-existent. In other words, Clear Voice needed a highly editable and customisable, CMS-driven website that could offer an amazing user experience to drive key on-site actions that could be tracked, measured, reported and analysed.
What did we do?
We designed and developed an Umbraco website that took full advantage of the content block approach, to empower Clear Voice’s digital team to create pages that were both flexible in terms of structure and content, but consistent in terms of look and feel. An integration with Umbraco Forms ensured new, specific forms could be created as needed to support key marketing campaigns and enable potential customers to easily convert online. A payment integration with NatWest Tyl also ensured Clear Voice could seamlessly invoice their customers and support effortless digital payments.

It’s time for Tyl
NatWest Tyl is a payment gateway integration that allows Clear Voice to host secure, online payment pages that blend seamlessly with their own branding, keeping the look and feel consistent for users every step of the way. It works responsively across desktop, tablet and mobile devices and the pay by link feature uses 3D secure technology to request payments from customers and receive notifications when the payments are complete. In short, it’s an intuitive, flexible and secure payment integration that allows Clear Voice to effortlessly track sales, request payment and check their invoices.
